I see that Ms Caulfield is still on mute. I note what Dr. Mulligan said about Scotland and I look forward to reading that. I notice that Scotland leads in a number of these areas, such as with regard to women and legislation relating to the empowerment of women and the economic role of women in society. I am not so interested in what Scotland does, but I am very interested in what prompted Scotland to be leaders in this area.
