I refer to the way that we make changes. On the WRC, I would not want the Deputy to think for one minute that we are not interested in ensuring that the employment rights of those who have employment permits are not protected and scrutinised. We certainly do that and, as part of our processing of employment permit applications, we forward information and complaints we receive and we also do pre-employment checks on employers. We send applications to the WRC for pre-employment checks as well to ensure that everything is okay with the employer in respect of ensuring that the rights of employees are protected.
