One intervention would be to develop large local authority or State sites and to focus on delivering mainly public social and affordable housing but also some market housing. Focusing on large sites would have the greatest impact. Many deliveries are on smaller sites, so we need to get larger ones going. Alongside the LDA and the work being done by local authorities, that will make a significant difference.
