I suggest that the detailed submission made by Mr. Kingston should be sent to the Minister and that the Department should respond by addressing the points that have been put forward on a point-by-point basis. This is pre-legislative scrutiny and it would be right and proper that that would happen. Will the Chairman ask the Minister to allow that to happen?
