I thank Mr. Kingston and Mr. McCarthy for their assistance in scrutinising this legislation. I will confine my questions to the legislation we are examining and I would appreciate if the witnesses would confine their answers to that legislation too. I have a number of direct questions to which they can probably give short and direct answers. Will this legislation address the European Court of Justice decision?
