I do not want to talk about individual cases because I do not get involved in them for obvious reasons. It is best that I do not. The Department of Social Protection estimates that it saves approximately €500 million a year in fraud and control measures. If it did not do what it is doing, that is the kind of money we would be losing every year. I am not privy to the report Senator Gavan mentioned, but I would say it is more on the tax side than the company law side.

In terms of the various prosecutions, the FitzPatrick case went very wrong and we are all aware of that, but it is important to bear in mind that when it came to the cases involving the banks I think there were at least four successful prosecutions. I will get the figures. People tend to forget that. I will see if I can find it here. I had the figures.
