My last question is for Dr. Glynn. While I am trying not to be political here, it is hard for Deputies not to be political. It is obvious that the Government's living with Covid policy is in tatters.

We are in the third lockdown and this is even worse than the previous two. The Government went against NPHET advice in late November and we are now living with the consequences. It is like living with an abuser; we cannot live with Covid. The policy of "living with Covid" simply does not work. How has this gone so terribly wrong in the space of six weeks? Ireland had one of the lowest rates of virus incidence and it now has one of the highest in the world. It is a result of the policy of living with Covid so we must do something different.
