The National Cyber Security Centre shares an intellectual space with a number of other organisations, and some of the work is parallel, tangential or even complementary. It is not very clear from the numbers sometimes what exactly is involved in the operations of the organisation. Could Mr. Griffin outline the communications framework between the National Cyber Security Centre, the Office of the Data Protection Commission, the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer, OGCIO, and An Garda Síochána? I have been reading the cybersecurity strategy published in 2019 quite carefully and I still cannot get a hold on what is happening between all the groups that are responsible for complementary issues.
