Will work on the legislation only commence upon receipt of that final report, notwithstanding that a report is to be published by Deputy Doherty and that my colleague, Deputy Nash, published a Bill in this space on Monday? It would be useful to get an understanding of the timeline. Will the Minister of State's legislative process and the drafting of his legislation only commence when he gets the report or will he be looking at this in advance? To be fair to those insurance holders out there who are being penalised, it would be good to get a sense of how quickly the Government is likely to act on this issue. Will it be the end of next year, well into 2022 or beyond? That will obviously be coloured by the length of the legislative process but getting that Bill drafted is the starting point. When is it that going to start?
