We are not the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, so there is a limit to our direct responsibilities but, as I have touched on, the overall functioning is important to us and part of our aspiration. As to how we go directly at this issue, we think about what the underlying issues are and about the underlying cases of dysfunction, to the extent that it is there, and we recognise that barriers to entry to deliver banking services to Irish customers are, for European banks, incredibly low.
