Consumer Complaints Process: ComReg

All the antennas, masts and facilities used by the mobile operators are perfectly lawful under the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1926, one of the only Acts that is older than I am, so I do not think that is a problem. One issue we have been dealing with is that there are customers who have reasonable mobile coverage outside their homes but the signal strength is not strong enough to come into their homes. One way of dealing with that is to use repeaters. There was a problem a few years ago because unlicensed repeaters could cause interference with the mobile networks themselves-----
