Is it possible to allow and encourage economic recovery to be the central factor in proportionate debt in respect of total debt and annual borrowing ratios? In the past it was found possible to encourage rapid or reasonably rapid economic growth up to this level of wisdom and to allow that to bring our borrowing, and debts, into a reasonable proportion in comparison with our economy.
