Deputy Dillon raised the issue of the exclusion of coffee shops from the scheme. I think Mr. Kelly referred to the fact that petrol stations, for example, might have coffee shops. I think that decision has to be revisited. I am not suggesting for a second that coffee shops in petrol stations should be brought within the remit of the adaptation scheme but there are some really impressive cafés in towns and cities that have big demands for PPE gear, be it separation between tables, cleansing material, visors, masks and so on. Some of them are quite surprised and disappointed that they have been left out of the adaptation grant just because they do not happen to have a liquor licence. I ask Mr. Kelly to elaborate on that issue and maybe revisit that decision, if that is possible.
