They are factored in. The Deputy will remember from the budget debate that there is a pot of several hundred million euro as a provision against Covid measures and such things would be pulled from there. The distribution should be, relatively, cheaper than the vaccines themselves. The task force is currently working with the various State agencies on exactly how it would work. The different vaccines will have different distribution mechanisms. For example, the Pfizer vaccine has to be stored at -70°C most of the time, although the temperature can be higher for two or three days before it is used.
