In page 7, between lines 9 and 10, to insert the following: “(2) The person against whom the offence was committed may at any time, apply to a judge of the Circuit Court, to waive their right to anonymity. The Court may accept this provided the person is of sound mind and not a protected or relevant person or a ward of court.”.
