I thank the Comptroller and Auditor General. The Secretary General delivered his comprehensive opening statement yesterday. I understand that today he will deliver some preliminary remarks about the matters under discussion, which will be followed by an introduction by Mr. John O'Connor, the chief executive of the Housing Agency.
