The maritime area consent will have a time limit, an appropriate period of time in which to secure the planning permission. The developer will get the MAC and then try to get the planning permission. If permission is refused, the MAC will terminate or if a period of time elapses, the MAC will also terminate automatically, unless there is a good reason to extend. That possibility exists. There will be a time-bound period in which to secure development consent, after which the MAC terminates. Again, somebody else can come in and use it. Likewise, there will probably be an appropriate period - we have to nail down precisely how this works - in which to begin construction. That will likely be tied closely to the lifetime of the development consent. I believe the standard in planning is five years. It would be tied closely to that.
