It would be helpful for the committee to go to the site at some stage. Again, we are still at a loss - I certainly am and I do not know about other members - about what exactly is causing the delay. There seemed to be a delay before Covid. We understand delays during Covid. Are there delays because of subcontractors not being paid by the main contractor? Is this causing some difficulty or disruption on the site?

I know there are changes now post Covid-19. There are many lorries going through the Davitt Road entrance. Some lorry drivers maintain there is a delay because of that. That may be down to health and safety - I do not know. Anyway, we are not getting a sense of the reason or the main reasons for the delays. Mr. Gunning said the board is not getting a compliant programme and this is missing from the contractors, but I do not believe we, as a committee, are not getting a sense today of what the problems are and what has caused these problems.
