According to the planning application the working hours for business during the week is from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., but BAM, through consultation with Dublin City Council and its project monitoring committee with local representation for residents, has extended these hours or has sought derogations from Dublin City Council for specific activities on the site, such as large concrete pours. It has started slightly earlier in some cases and worked beyond 7 p.m. on the strength of these derogations, but it has done this in a consultative manner.
