Our view is that the design on which the builders made their quotations and tendered was complete and was accepted as such. There have been a significant number of claims and we will not successfully defend all of them, but we argue that there has not been any significant change in the scope of the project and what we are expecting to build during the course of the project from pre-phase B to the building phase. That is the position.
