Perhaps I might deal with the first part. As we said earlier in this discussion, we expect to clarify and give further guidance to the committee and other stakeholders on the projected substantial completion date, which is the day when building work is completed. We hope to be in a position to provide that early in the new year, assuming that we get some input about the contractor's programme, which is currently missing.

The commissioning and other aspects of the hospital are the responsibility of Eilish Hardiman and the folks in Children's Health Ireland. Perhaps she wants to deal with that particular question.
