I certainly cannot use words like that. I know a thousand people turn up from BAM and all its subcontractors on the site every day and go in there with the purpose of doing a good job. There is no doubt about that. I know there are committed people in CHI and in our own area who are working hard to deliver this project. I believe, however, it is fair to say the contractor has been under-performing as regards project execution and has clearly been assertive regarding claims. That is what is regrettable, in my opinion.
