Mr. David Gunning:

There is a certain amount of commissioning that happens prior to substantial completion. I would like to recognise and acknowledge the co-operation between ourselves and CHI. We have a strong partnership and are working closely together. The idea is that we will front-end as much of the commissioning activity as we can.

We will then hand over to CHI. Ms Hardiman will address its process with regard to those matters.
