Children's Health Ireland is responsible for the services and it is client to the development board, but the development board is a separate board with the specific remit to plan, design, equip and furnish the children's hospital. The contractor, contract and programme are therefore with the development board. From our perspective, as a board, we have been disappointed with the delay. We have articulated that. The Deputy will note from my statement that we are currently undertaking an assessment of the impact of any delay in the project on services. That is not completed. Regarding the question as to when the building will be completed, we appreciate and understand there is a desire to know the impact of any delay. In the meantime, we are trying to optimise as much as we can within our existing facilities.
