The criteria for this is that, currently, Irish resident companies are also exempt from the dividend withholding tax so we are bringing the rate of the tax in line with the dividend withholding tax. There will be a variety of different companies included within that. This amendment is in line with other withholding taxes like, for example, the deposit interest retention tax. The answer to Deputy Farrell's question is that a wide variety of companies resident here in Ireland will be able to avail of this but what we are doing is bringing it into line with where we are with the dividend withholding tax.
