Before we begin, I remind members to turn off their mobile phones. Members are requested to ensure that for the duration of the meeting their mobile phones are turned off completely, or switched to aeroplane safe or flight mode, depending on the device. It is not sufficient for members to just put their phones on silent mode as it may interfere with the broadcasting system.

I propose that we go into private session at the end of the meeting to deal with housekeeping matters, including correspondence and any other business. Is that agreed? Agreed.
