There is indeed. In previous years the committee has asked questions around this in terms of the balance of the portfolio between owned and leased estate. One of the biggest benefits of having a mixed portfolio, which would be seen as best practice, is when issues arise such as the pandemic. If it means we have to shed office space, then leased portfolio gives us the flexibility to do that. We can act on non-performing buildings, ageing building or leases that might be coming up to expiration. It is a cyclical issue. There is a strategy in place for that.
