On another issue, and while I appreciate Mr. Buckley is bound by the directions of the Department that is looking for various properties, we bought a site at Caltragh in Sligo for a new Garda station which was to be part of a bundle of three Garda stations with Clonmel and Macroom in Cork. Is it the Garda Commissioner who directs that we do not need anymore? Is it the Secretary General of the Department of Justice? Is it the Minister? Who is it?
