I welcome the witnesses. I thank them for all the work they have had to do over and above their normal work due to Covid, across State buildings and all of the other issues.
I would like to start with Miesian Plaza. I had the privilege to be here in October 2018 when we examined the matter. I understand the witnesses said earlier in the meeting that they intend to see that the public is done right by this issue and mentioned that there is a 25-year lease and rent reviews. The rent reviews are consumer price index rent reviews and, therefore, will only go one way. Is that correct?
