Okay. The whole thing about the legislation is that it was to deliver housing as quickly as possible and I do not believe it has accomplished that.

What will replace this when time runs out? It will run out in February 2022, not December 2021. Earlier Deputy Ó Broin asked about this. Is it possible to stop this now and stop future SHDs? No one seems happy with it, unless maybe I am at a different meeting, but I am listening to the contributions here. That is not a criticism of the officials because they are answering questions and feeding into the committee. I am not being personal, it is just that there are considerable issues around the policy. I would like the committee to help build houses, solve the housing and homeless crisis and make communities sustainable.
