Does Dr. Holohan see a place for the likes of the DAA doing advanced work to put testing structures in place? They would not operate straight away but the authority could at least do advanced planning even for PCR testing at the airport. Deputy Smith asked that question. Will Dr. Holohan respond on that particular point because that is really the key to the question? Does Dr. Holohan see a place for DAA, along with Shannon and Cork Airports to at least do the preparatory work so they are up and running and when we get to a sustainable level they then can properly operate pre-departure testing?
