There is an obligation on all those who come within the scheme of the Bill to register where that is relevant. For example, several dairy farmers are registered. The EPA estimates that approximately 750 of the 18,000 dairy farms in the country come within the scheme of the Bill. We have figures for registrations which have been introduced by------
