I remind members that this meeting cannot go on longer than the scheduled two hours as this would have a knock-on effect on other committees meeting later today. As we have a very busy private session scheduled for after our public session briefing, I ask for the committee's agreement that contributions by members in the public session will be limited to five minutes each, to include questions and answers.
