While it is an operation for the private sector, if they do not have the appropriate services, then we will not be able to get our products to market in as efficient a way as we should. Therefore the State would need to have a plan. Would the Department of Finance encourage that plan because of the nature of the business being transacted? It is for the State and requires oversight to make sure that policy is being followed.
Is there any planning within the Minister of State's Department for that?
