Will Mr. Reid also address the integrated financial system and the impact? At our previous meeting we discussed the deficiency in not having an integrated system. How is this impacting that work, given that the HSE knows the pay rates internally and knows the pay adjustments? How would that not be reflected? Is this a reason? It seems obvious that the HSE knows these pay adjustments.
