I would appreciate that because it is a real issue. It was a real issue four or five years ago and then it was pushed out to 2021. It will have implications for nursing homes such as those in Abbeyleix and Mountmellick.

On the component costs, they incorporate what are referred to as additional services in private nursing homes. There is an issue around access to allied staff in public nursing homes. Typically, patients would have access to a chiropodist, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech and language therapists. Some residents of private nursing homes have to pay for such services whereas they are available free of charge to residents in public nursing homes. What is the situation in that regard?
