With regard to the winter plan, the Minister spoke about the need to increase capacity. If I can be a little parochial, I will use this question as an illustration. In Balbriggan, we have a shortage of GPs, although it extends right across my constituency. Dealing specifically with Balbriggan, is there any part of the winter plan that will include salaried GPs so that they might be directed to those areas where they are most needed?
