What would Mr. Reid advise the gentleman to do in the case of his granddaughter? This is her second time to have to go for a test because she is a confirmed close contact. Would Mr. Reid advise them to not get the test or to take public transport? There is not a third option available to them unless the HSE is willing to provide one.
