The idea behind the guidance documents is ultimately to share the good practice that we encountered and were told about in the school system, so that other schools which may not have worked to the same extent are able to see that many things are possible. There are many really good examples of schools adopting very innovative and creative approaches and finding solutions to the problems that were presented. Other schools can learn from those.
