The concern is as much to me personally as it is to the Deputy, everyone in the HSE, the unions, Phil Ní Sheaghdha and everybody else. That said, I do not accept the characterisation of it. While every case would be troubling to any of us who work in the health service, given that we have friends and family and others working as front-line healthcare workers, the denominator - the number of people we tested throughout the pandemic - has varied.
