In the various submissions that have been made, surely over the years and in discussion with Government officials, Department officials and Ministers, they would have been aware of the demands the representative organisations are making of Government for funding for a better model of delivery for the sector. What has been the response? Are the representatives in regular contact with the officials and the Minister?
