I thank Dr. Doherty.

I will now move to questions to Insurance Ireland. I have read Mr. Hassett's submission in detail. I like to deal in facts. There is an absence of fact generally in the Insurance Ireland submission. Reference is made in the submission to there being a "suspicion" that very often seeking leave to adjourn may be used as lever in negotiation. I do not believe the word "suspicion" should be referenced in a submission. It should be based on facts. I have some questions for Mr. Hassett in regard to the narrative of Insurance Ireland. Does that narrative change following the publication of the Central Bank's report? I agree there are many nuances in the report such that it requires a second reading and that I have read it only once.
