Access to Justice and Legal Costs: Discussion (Resumed)

That is fine. Turning to Insurance Ireland, a point was made regarding underwriters. Every time we hear of underwriters, they are outside the State, in London or somewhere else. Yet, there is this situation where competition from outside of the State seems to be something we cannot get around. Only one underwriter is going to cover the crèche and childcare sector. I am sure, however, that dozens of underwriters across the European Union cover this situation. Why can we not get any of those companies to come in here? Is there truth in the view regarding the importance of access to data and Insurance Ireland controlling access to that data? I refer to companies from outside of the State being unable to access the data and therefore being unwilling to enter the market.
