The cost of claims per policy is down 2% in that ten-year period and the number of claims is down 42%. The industry is picking certain picking statistical phenomena to distract from the core probability, which I believe is the focus, and the core issue of competition in the market, given the number of underwriters that are underpinned on average in Ireland is far less than in other areas.
Does the Legal Services Regulatory Authority believe it is correct that a solicitor would ask a doctor to amend a medical report?
