I thank Mr. Pels and Ms Jacob. We are delighted to have them here and we want, if the representatives feel happy enough, for everybody who wishes to contribute to do so at any stage. Normally we invite the members to ask questions in rotation. Everyone is welcome to participate and give us their views. The presentations have been most enlightening and the clarity of the analysis of Hockey Ireland's future needs is welcome. When this meeting is over, both the Minister, Deputy Ross, and Sport Ireland will get a copy of the whole discussion.
