It is just the business cases that have come in from the different Departments. For example, the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine might say that money will be needed for sanitary and phytosanitary facilities in Rosslare. It is not a central decision and it is more about proposals that come from different Departments and the OPW meeting them.
