The Good Friday Agreement itself is fine, and in many ways could not be clearer in terms of what is required here. That is reflected in the British-Irish Agreement. There is a good faith obligation on the British Government to implement its international commitments. In this case it simply has not done so and it needs to do so. In many ways it is as clearcut as that.
