I thank the witnesses for coming in. It is a very significant legal and political issue, but for Ms DeSouza it is also a very personal issue and I know it is not easy to go to court to deal with a personal issue, so I want to commend Ms DeSouza in respect of that. Can I take Ms DeSouza through the procedure of what happened, because I am conscious that a lot of people may not be aware of it? Ms DeSouza's husband Jake is an American. Is that correct?
