The issue here is that personal information is being obtained because the system cannot process the recording or differentiate. Mr. Davis said that when questioned about a football match, for example, Siri uses one's general location to provide suitable results, but if one asks for the nearest supermarket more specific data is used. What information does Siri pull in if it cannot process or understand that request? For example, if one believes one is making a request about a nearest supermarket but in reality one is asking about a football match, would it not be the case that Siri accesses more information than is necessary to process that particular request?
