Before I turn to Deputy Pringle, and in case I lose any more members, I wish to offer an invitation. We are dealing with a substantive public address today and on 11 and 18 December. It is our custom to have a photograph taken with all the witnesses and members at the end of each session. Rather than the Chairman being left on his own, I would like colleagues to hold fast.
